1) The control system adopts Siemens PLC-HMI touch-type (touch LCD screen) man-machine interface combination + 1 set of 132KW frequency converter to comprehensively control the operation of the pump skid, such as speed regulation.
The control includes LN2 pump return air cavitation alarm and protection, automatic control of the outlet pressure of the ambient vaporizer and secondary safety protection of overpressure, alarm and shutdown interlock device for the over-liquid temperature at the water-bath heater outlet.
